Hira Luqman works as a Junior Research Associate at RSIL Islamabad. Her area of research includes Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. She completed her LLB from Bahria University Islamabad and was the Gold Medalist of her batch attaining the academic honor of Magna Cum Laude. Working as a Research Associate at RSIL, her role is to conduct research on areas which focus on Domestic and International issues with the goal being to improve and reform National Legal Framework.

Prior to joining RSIL, Ms. Hira was working with the Ministry of Human Rights as a Young Expert and as an Assistant Law Officer. She has also worked in the district courts of Islamabad as a Research Associate with a well reputed legal firm Juwayni and Hawkins. She has an extensive record in mooting, both as a participant and as an organizer. Ms. Hira also won the prestigious Henry Durant Moot Competition in 2019 and went on to represent Pakistan in the South Asian Rounds held in Nepal.
